Senior Project Manager - Major Projects £60,000+ Based on experience Permanent A new senior opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior project manager to join a well-established highly reputable Civil Engineering company who undertake a diverse range of civil engineering projects on a nationwide basis. The successful candidate will ensure the effective and efficient management of projects differing in size up to £30m including the management of staff, finance, safety, commercial and technical issues associated with major electrical projects. You will work closely with the Head of Major Project Delivery to deliver projects within clearly defined time and budgetary constraints, to a specification given by the client. You are responsible for the management of both a direct staff team and contractors ensuring that safety is paramount together with statutory obligations associated with NRSWA requirements. Management of plant call off and delivery such as switchgear, transformers and cable will also form part of the role. Essential Requirements Educated to HNC level. Demonstrate recent relevant experience within the electrical industry. Excellent people management and communication skills. Understanding of current CDM regulations. Design of EHV Networks.
