We are working exclusively with an award-winning company supplying a range of sustainable and beautifully designed buildings who seek an experienced Design Technician to join their team of talented individuals. Each member of the team shares a common goal: work hard and have some fun as they go. As CAD Technician you will be:
Managing your projects through the design process, creating drawings and scheduling reports using Revit software
Working closely with your client as the project progresses and liaising with all other stakeholders
Preparing project risk assessments (in line with CDM procedures)
Paying occasional visits to construction sites to monitor and manage progress, addressing any design related issues
Handling first contact sales calls and responding to help convert the enquiry to a sale
Do you have:
Experience in the use of AutoCAD and Revit for construction / building projects or experience with timber frame
Good level of IT literacy
Full Driving licence
Commitment to working collaboratively, attitude in line with the company's culture and values
