Senior Sustainability Consultant (BREEAM / WELL) City of London Permanent position Up to 55k Would you be interested in working as part of an award winning, world recognised sustainability consultancy? A global engineering consultancy based in London is looking to recruit a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join their sustainability team which works alongside organisations to help understand and manage their building projects. This position would offer you the chance to work on some really exciting projects, including a 25 story, commercial base build, including 5 basements, within the Cities Square Mile, which is due to be one of London's first Net Zero buildings. As well as working with BREEAM, this position will also offer you exposure to Net Zero, Embodied Carbon and Life Cycle Assessment type projects. This role is looking for someone who has experience in delivering and managing sustainability benchmarking schemes, particularly BREEAM RFO 2014 and BREEAM NC 2018. Ideally you will have at least 4 years relevant, practical experience within a similar role and good knowledge of London and UK wide planning policy relevant to sustainability. Holding a BREEAM AP or WELL AP qualification is highly desirable. Their specialist advisory group operates across all levels within organisations. In this role you would be working alongside the sustainability manager to establish a UK sustainability presence. Working directly with the sustainability manager will provide you with a great opportunity to learn and develop into a Principal / Managerial position.
