We are currently recruiting on behalf of a five star house builder for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. A great opportunity for an individual looking to develop and progress their career with a busy housebuilder building around Essex. ​​​​​​​ Duties will include- The management of cash flow forecasts and budgets for your assigned sites Assisting with monthly reports and costings Handling cost appraisals and feasibility studies The ideal candidate must have longevity with another residential developer with experience working on new build residential projects. You must also have a recognised qualification in quantity surveying.
