My client is looking for a Building Control Surveyor's on an initial 12 + month contract to help with Site Inspections in the West Midlands. This a part-time position for a Site Surveyor to cover Birmingham/West Midlands. It is mainly commercial site inspections. The role falls outside IR-35 so you will be able to work through your own LTD company or alternatively on of our umbrella companies.
