Business Development Manager

Chase Taylor are working with one the biggest business’ within the Fenestration industry who are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their team and look after the West Midlands / North Region. The role will be to introduce and promote their profile and range of uPVC products into architects and specifiers, speaking with contractors and existing clients to ensure they are fully aware of their product portfolio. Responsibilities and duties will include; * Plan, manage and implement a personal business plan according to the agreed business development strategy and in line with the overall business plan. * Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods. * Participation and networking opportunities in appropriate work related and social activities are necessary to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction. * Agree a personal development plan to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills. * Maintain a clean and professional image at all times, protecting the company’s property, interest and viewpoints. * Assume responsibility for your assigned customers, resolving day to day problems, ensuring customer satisfaction through business development. The role will require someone who has knowledge within account management and lead generation, identifying and targeting New Commercial Fabricators as well as targeting Main Contractors to establish fabricators within their supply chain and identify contract opportunities. You must be proficient with the PQQ process – Administration, Interview, Client meetings and Compliance and Accreditation. Previous experience within Social Housing, Education or Health sectors is desirable with a background in CPD presentations and PR and Marketing liaison.
