Document Controller – Construction - Belfast
Our client a leading curtain walling subcontractor are looking for a Document Controller to join the contractor based near Belfast.

Responsibilities;
- Archiving all site documents.
- Assisting the project manager with any ad hoc administration.
- Making sure site team are inducted.
- Checking site tickets, making sure they are in date.
- Updating and maintaining drawing registers and making sure they are up to date.
- Generating document numbers.
- Managing work flows.
- QA checking drawings and documents daily.
- Sending transmittals.
- Experience setting up EDMS system for sites.
- Assisting the project manager with any ad hoc administration.
- Set up site office IT Equipment.
- Collating O&M Manuals.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must have experience in Document Control in the construction sector.
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be competent in using Excel/Microsoft Packages
