Assistant Site Manager

Our client, a large and well known main contractor that operates throughout the South West, is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, initially on a project near Bath. Working closely with the PM and Senior SM on site your role in a nutshell will involve assisting in the management of all on site aspects of the scheme including coordination of sub contractors, labour and trades, health and safety and assisting in regular site meetings. This role would suit a Trainee or Assistant Site Manager from a main contracting or housebuilding background. It is essential that the incumbent is degree qualified and is able to commute to the Bath area on a daily basis.
