Senior CAD Technician - Reinforced Concrete Detailing – Major Infrastructure Projects – Birmingham Are you looking to work with the UKs longest established Design & Engineering consulting firms? Would you be looking to add international infrastructure projects to your portfolio of projects? If so, please read on.. We are looking to engage with CAD Engineering Technicians (Reinforced Concrete Detailing) with substantial experience working design packages such as – AutoCAD, Bentley Microstation, TEKLA, REVIT. Key duties will include: * You will undertake CAD drawing and detailing * You will produce general arrangements, reinforced concrete details and schedules for pricing * You will assist with drawing queries from estimating & commercial staff on technical matters * You will undertake assignments in the UK and overseas * You will adopt procedures for standardisation of work products and deliverables, and peer review to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery of the Company’s technical work product They will key experience: * Technician level qualification in engineering (e.g. HND/HNC) * Experience of working within design and drafting teams, reinforced concrete detailing * Competent in: - MS Office Programmes - AutoCad Suites, including 3D programmes - Bentley Microstation - Tekla – Revit If you are interested in the opportunity and would like to apply – please send your CV ASAP
