Project Manager – Re-Clad Projects – Hackney & Brentford Company: Our client a leading façade contractor working on projects across the UK have recently been awarded two new projects working with tier-one house builders in the South of England. The projects involve updating the external facades systems to high rise residential projects working various cladding systems from metal, aluminium & terracotta. Main duties: * Manage the day to day running of the project * Scheduling and co-ordinating installation teams and the supply of materials * Inspect the quality of the installation and maintain Quality Standards * Monitor the progress of installation in accordance with the programme * Monitor Materials and equipment delivered in compliance with the contract * Prepare method statements and monitor the installation activities Key Competencies: * 5+ years plus experience working with a curtain walling sub-contractor * You will be experienced installing a variety external cladding systems * You will have demonstrated the ability to manage projects of a similar nature to programme & budget. * You will possess strong client facing skills and have worked with the leading house builders in the South of England. The client have secured work for over 2 years plus with leading clients and pipeline of new build and refurbishment projects.
