Pit Boss Required

Pit Boss required for long term position Role Includes: * Setting example and promote best practise in safety, quality and environment * Comply with all company policies and procedures * Build and develop the team to deliver all aspects of the project requirements * Ensure inspection regimes are completed in accordance with requirements and timescales * Ensure all weekly or daily inspections are carried out, e.g. weekly safety and * Review the performance of the workforce and ensure delivery of toolbox talks * Ensure high standard of quality on the works to at least meet the specification requirements Teamforce, professionals in the supply of skilled personnel to Rail, Civil & Construction Projects
