The client: Specialist High End office Fit-out Contractor with a well known brand and a reputation as one of the leaders in the industry and an annual turnover of £160m. The project: Situated in Southwark Street with a build cost in excess of £20m running through until the end of 2023. The role: Site based as part of a large, experienced in-house management team lead by one of the company directors. Managing subcontractors, H&S, Inductions, RAMS and permits. Tickets required: CSCS, First Aid and SSSTS required. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well organised firm who develop their people and promote from within. Start date: End of October.
