Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications SMSTS First Aid CSCS CardFor this role, it is essential that you possess; Previous experience working on new build / refurbishment projectsThe Role As a highly experienced Freelance Site Manager you will be tasked with overseeing a £2m existing building to apartment conversion project in Haverhill. You will play a crucial role in leading the site team and subcontractors to ensure that all works are completed to specification, in budget and on time. Duties Health & Safety Progress Reporting Updating Site Diaries Induction / Toolbox Talks Quality Inspections / Snagging Ordering / Receiving of materials Attending and Participating in Project meetings Management of onsite labour including subcontractors Reporting in to and working closely with the Senior Management TeamThis is a freelance position with a competitive rate on offer.
