Ford & Stanley are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer, to work for a manufacturing company within the construction material industry, based in Belper. The Opportunity This is the opportunity to work within an ever-growing manufacturing company. You will be responsible for hydraulic presses, industrial size machines as well as general site maintenance. Location (s): Derbyshire Role and Responsibilities: Support the operations/production equipment when breakdowns occur General Site repairs and maintenance Rectifying faults found on PLC systems Working on 240 and 440V systems. create and execute TPM reviews/activities The Candidate The ideal candidate must have experience within a manufacturing background dc. You will be a Team player, who can quickly develop strong working relationships with colleagues, but also self-motivated and able to take ownership and responsibility of your own work. This is a highly pressured environment that would suit someone who is able to stay positive and calm in difficult and stressful situations. Essentials Relevant experience in a manufacturing background Electrically biased with a good Mechanical knowledge Knowledge & experience in PLC's Able to write detailed test reports Flexible, and able to adapt to changing circumstances, and provide solutions in a climate of continuous improvement Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Shift Pattern/ Hours This role will be mainly based on a day shift, potentially there will be a need to work afternoons.
