Site Manager

Fawkes and Reece are currently working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor in assisting them with finding a Project Manager for there extension to an existing school based in Guildford. The project consists of a new 2 storey extension to provide additional classrooms, specialist subject classrooms, hydrotherapy pool, outdoor play space, MUGA pitch and staff car park. The associated works include sewer systems, landscaping, infrastructure and enabling works. The contract will last a minimum of 8 months and there's nothing to say if all goes well you won't be offered a permanent position off of the back of it.
