Hours 8.30-5.30 - Monday to Friday
The Role:
A unique opportunity for a motivated marketing manager to take the next step in their career in the B2B sector. Reporting to the Group Managing Director, the Group Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the five companies that make up the Group, to support the continued growth of the organisation
Key Responsibilities:
* Marketing strategy – development and implementation
* Managing, developing and supporting the existing Marketing Executive
* Researching the viability of current and existing marketing products and services
* Liaising with media organisations and creative agencies – including PR
* Ensure marketing literature is relevant and up to date
* Ensure Company brands are communicated in a consistent manner across the organisation including websites, marketing collateral, social media and all Company promotional activity

Person Specification:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same or similar role
* Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
* Demonstrable Leadership/Management experience
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Natural creativity and flexibility in approach
* Commercially minded with budget management skills
* Professional judgement and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
* Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
* Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies
* Excellent digital / IT skills
* A thorough approach and acute attention to detail
* Excellent relationship builder with colleagues, suppliers and customers
* ·Educated to a high standard – ideally degree and/or marketing diploma (CIM)
Person Specification – Desirable:
* Experienced in communicating across multiple Company locations
* Experience within the wider construction industry or supply of technical products
