Customer Care Coordinator Leading National Housing Developer I'm currently working with one of the best & biggest 5 Star housing developers in the UK, who are looking to add a Coordinator to their busy Customer Care team! What Will I Be Doing? Working as a Coordinator you will be first port of call for this developer's customers helping to solve any issues with their new homes and assigning operatives to carry out remedial works in line with the warranty period. This is a busy and rewarding role within an established team with a great ethos and great working environment. What's In It For Me? What are We Looking For? * Experience within Customer Service for a Housing Developer * Good telephone manner, organisational skills, customer service skills and the ability to prioritise. * Ability to liaise in a professional manner with a variety of different demographics - customers, suppliers, sub-contractors, colleagues.
