Responsibility of material, prelims and plant procurement on two projects Procurement responsibilities: * Material scheduling / take offs – carried out on Bluebeam software * Tender / Enquiry Management * Managing requisitions * Analysis reviews of quotations * Order Placing via Coins software * Attend Monthly Cost Report Meetings * Cost Reporting via Coins Software * Attend Buying Review meetings on site * Attend Technical Review meeting * Resolve invoice queries * Liaison with other departments Skills & Experience required * Essential knowledge of Coins and Bluebeam software * Good understanding of building materials * Good understanding of technical drawings * Experience in cost reporting * Experience in complex construction projects * Strong negotiation skill Position to be based on 1 week notice period either way with an immediate start if available
