Project Quantity Surveyor

Project Quantity Surveyor Our client is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor for a project based in Nine Elms. The successful candidate will be working on a multi phased residential project for a large developer. Project Quantity Surveyor Duties: • Review tender documents and prepare take offs • Involvement with Pre Construction • Liaise with clients regarding project progress • Monitor costs of schemes against the budget • Maintain schedules of quantities The ideal Project Quantity Surveyor: • Degree educated • Driven, ambitious, hard working • 5 years+ Quantity Surveying experience • Experience with projects from £25m - £50m Please apply to find out more information on the role or contact Bradley at MadiganGill
