Electrical Design Manager

THE COMPANY * Very well-established M&E sub-Contractor. * Healthy order book in place for the next twelve months with Data Centre and Commercial projects with some major clients. * Looking to interview ASAP. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * The successful candidate will have the ability to lead and drive projects from inception to handover and be able to confidently engage and communicate with the key stakeholders on the project. * The candidate will also be experienced and comfortable in leading the technical team, and reporting progress to stakeholders. * Attend regular contactor meetings with Client and consultancies to build relationships. * Ensure all key project design deadlines are met per scope and budgets. * Assist with recruitment and carry out interviews SKILLS AND BACKGROUND * Strong stakeholder relationship management. * Data Centre or Commercial experience * Working knowledge of UK standards. * Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities * Ideally Chartered or on the way to gaining CEng status through a recognised industry body such as CIBSE.
