Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Gloucestershire Salary: c£65,000 + Package Sector: Main Contracting - New Build & Refurbishment Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a main contracting or residential development background? Can you manage and deliver up to three concurrent projects with values between £1-3m? Do you have experience of high end residential new build or conversions/renovations? If so, this excellent opportunity at a well established, niche building contractor and developer in Gloucestershire could be perfect for you! A great salary and package are on offer along with strong job security with a very good project pipeline well into 2022 and beyond. You will be working a multi-million pound turnover business focussed on delivering new build and refurbishment works to high end residential properties throughout the Cotswolds. You will manage a portfolio of projects totalling c£5m taking them from tender stage to handover, with the support of the operational team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be working on some amazing projects in one of the most upmarket areas of the country when it comes to private residential.
