Project Manager - Residential New Build £100m+ build value We are working with a national developer, who are recruiting for experienced Project Managers, to lead the delivery of new build residential schemes throughout central, east and south east London. Ideally you will have experience in a similar role, working with a Developer on residential schemes consisting of up to 400 units. The role: Review, scrutinise and develop design alongside consultant Take lead for commercial aspects of all associated works Review subcontractor tenders Develop and implement project program Attend regular client and subcontractor meetings relating to progress and cost control Oversee design, build, handover process for full development from substructure to handover Experience: Degree or further education in Project Management, Construction or Civil Engineering Demonstrable experience leading major residential schemes from concept to completion Excellent communication, organisation and delegation skills Client facing experience, dealing with end users and working closely with directors If you are interested in a chat, please apply - all CVs will be treated with utmost discretion.
