Lead Maintenance Engineer

Lead Maintenance Engineer, Mobile role, Mechanical or Electrically bias, Temp to Perm. A construction company is looking for a lead maintenance engineer to assist and build their maintenance division. After the completion of their build project, my client is providing a maintenance service to up keep the internal structure of building, this can be a commercial / residential build. He is looking for someone to be able to put their hand to carpentry, tiling, general fabric maintenance and can be either mechanically or electrically bias. This is a mobile role and you will need to have your own vehicle whilst on a temp contract. This is a temp to perm position with an annual remuneration between £40k to £50k. With this, you will need to be client / customer facing, be able to provide quotes and make recommendation and be IT literate.
