Site Foreman

Options Resourcing are currently looking for a Site Foreman in Aylesbury, for a period of 12 months. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your qualities with a well-established contractor that is growing and expanding. As a suitable candidate you will ideally come from a strong trades background and have a demonstrated history of delivering multimillion modular new build projects on time and within budget. This project is due to start immediately. Duties will include: *Liaising with colleagues and clients *Overseeing project schedules and ensuring work is completed on time *Supervising construction workers and subcontractors *Reporting on project progress to senior managers *Conducting quality and safety inspections *Ensuring work is finished to the agreed standards *Maintaining quality control checks *Coordinating teams *Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise In order to be considered as a site foreman, you must: *Hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS or SSSTS *Capable and proven track record of overseeing multimillion-pound modular build projects. *Live within commutable distance of Aylesbury *Excellent organisation and communication skills *Able to provide previous references For more information, please contact Options Resourcing on (phone number removed)
