Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering Project – Outside IR35 The Company * A tier 1 Contractor is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a civil engineering project. The Role * A superb opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for a Main Contractor * Working under NEC3, managing sub contractors, cost reporting, managing change and writing and submitting applications for payment. The Candidate Key attributes of the candidate should include: * Experience working for a contractor. * Experience in civil engineering. * Experience working on NEC3. * Demonstration of holding down a job for multiple years. * Experience of working in a fast paced environment. * Organised, with good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. * Can adapt to different tasks quickly, efficiently and confidently. * Capable of working in an autonomous or team orientated environment. * Degree qualified or equivalent. * Interpret information and instructions correctly and carry out tasks accordingly.
