Contracts Manager

Job Title: Contracts Manager Location: Bedfordshire Salary: £45,000 + Car & Package Sector: MMC & Offsite Construction Are you an experienced contracts manager with a background in offsite construction? Can you manage projects from inception to completion? Work with a highly innovative and modern building solution in the UK Housing space You will be joining a well-established timber framing business with strong relationships across the residential development space, delivering projects for regional and national house builders. Having developed a new roofing product, this role is primarily concerned with managing the supply and install contracts of an offsite constructed roofing system. Covering projects across the South East of England, you can expect a 50/50 split between site and office. Taking ownership of projects will require strong procurement and sub contractor management skills alongside working with the construction director to ensure that all safety and RAMS documents are up to standard. The Role: Co-ordinate with clients to clarify scope of works and call off procedures Sub contractor and plant procurement and management Compile and maintain RAMS alongside construction director Plan and organise lifting operations Liaise with production and site teams to coordinate delivery and install Ensure projects are completed on time and to budget We would welcome conversation with candidate who: Have experience working with a construction sub contractor Have experience of working with timber frame or carpentry contractors Are entrepreneurial and motivated to assist in launching a new division Hold CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certs If you are interested in this role, please contact ARV Solutions or click 'Apply' to submit your CV for consideration.
