Job Description

Our client is a leading grounds maintenance provider, they are currently looking to expand their team on a full-time, permanent basis with the recruitment for a Contract Supervisor to cover the Lancashire area. You will be responsible for general grounds maintenance and cleansing operations within your area, whilst providing a professional, high-quality service to our clients and community. As a Contract Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for support and assistance on the job. You will have a proven track record within a similar supervisory role, ideally within the ground's maintenance arena. You will be required to build relationships with a wide range of people, including the public, therefore communication skills are imperative. This is an opportunity to be an integral part of a leading service provider. The successful applicant must have similar management experience with a proven track record. Good IT systems are software skills along with a good level of commercial awareness is required. A full driving license is essential. In return, our client offers a starting salary of £25,000 per annum, a full company vehicle, 33 days holiday, including bank holidays along with pension and life assurance
