Architect – Birmingham | £36,000-£46,000 We’re on lookout for an experienced Architect that wants to work in a diverse AJ100 architecture practice that is leading the way with Revit and BIM Level 2 projects. This forward-thinking business has been working on major projects across the UK for 30+ years and is recognised as a leading name in the industry. The team includes a dedicated BIM Manager and coordination team that delivers in-house certified Revit training on a regular basis. Career progression amongst all employees is fundamental to this business and they offer a structured Performance Management System that sets tangible goals to achieve progress through the business – both financially and in terms of responsibilities. This architecture practice has appeared in the AJ100 for several years and has a reputation for creative and intelligent designs, across many complex sectors. The successful Architect can expect to be involved with projects in industries such as education, residential, commercial, industrial & logistics, leisure, healthcare, and masterplanning. Key skills required from the Architect: * The ideal Architect will be RIBA Chartered or (working towards) and have considerable experience working in a leading role within an architecture practice. * Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes. * Experience working within a variety of sectors, ideally leading projects. * Must be AutoCAD & Revit proficient, in-depth experience will be beneficial but training can be provided depending on wider experience. * Client facing capabilities will be beneficial along with strong communication skills and project leadership qualities. * Additional creativity with good hand drawing and sketching ability will be appealing.
