Key Responsibilities Kier Construction are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in Construction / Healthcare within our Western & Wales team. As the Senior Project Manager, your role will entail leading multiple jobs with a combined value of over £50m. By using your previous experience in managing projects across the healthcare remit, you will ensure that the works are delivered on time, to budget and that the health and safety of the works are at the highest standards. The works will include an extension to an existing national hospital including the development of a new surgical centre, new theatres, CSPD department and the associated administration and rest areas. What we need from you? For the ideal candidate, we will be looking for a good track record of running similar projects with a value over £30m; for a minimum of HNC/HND in an engineering related discipline, and a project management qualification. If you are a respectable team leader with organisational skills and the ability to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, then we want you!
