About the practice
This forward-thinking practice is now looking to complement their team with a Part 2 Architectural Assistant, ideally someone with a Part 1 placement and some experience working as a Part 2 in practice. The bracket is open and ultimately, they are looking for someone who is will to work hard and keen to push on with their career in this sociable and successful team.
They are able to provide you with plenty of work for your Part 3, as well as supporting you with the qualification.
They work on a huge range of large and small, exciting projects, in both the private and public sector – locally and nationally. If you have experience working within the commercial, residential, leisure or industrial sectors, this could be for you, and the list doesn’t stop there! With their core principles revolving around sustainable design and work enjoyment, this diverse practice is looking for an Architectural Assistant who loves their work and will bring plenty of enthusiasm along with them. They are a very outgoing and friendly practice with a great reputation for developing their staff and their staff retention.
They have now all returned to the office with an element of flexible working. As a company they are all outgoing and sociable individuals that are looking for similar personalities to join their team.
In terms of software, they are looking for individuals with Revit, SketchUp and Photoshop experience. Microstation would be a huge bonus but not essential.
What they want from the successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant?
* Part 2 qualified with plans to carry on down the Part 3 route.
* Ideally a Part 1 placement as well as some Part 2 experience.
* A solid background in AutoCAD and ideally Revit/BIM.
* The ability and desire to work in a range of sectors and eventually run your own projects if not there already.
* Able to produce a portfolio of your work from university and placements.
