The Organisation
This organisation is a Quantity Surveying & Project Management consultancy providing bespoke and flexible services to their clients. They have two office locations across the North West. The firm deal in an array of building sectors such as residential, commercial, education, retail, healthcare and sports & leisure. Projects are located across the UK but predominantly in the North West.
Duties
Candidates will be responsible for all client-side duties pre & post contract such as: -
* Client Facing
* Project Lead Reporting to Company Directors
* Managing a Team of QS’s & PM’s
* Cost Planning & Advice
* Risk Management
* Tender Preparation & Evaluation
* Contract Administration
* Dispute Resolution
* Life Cycle Costing
* Agreeing Final Accounts
* Cost Reporting
What are they looking for?
* Quantity Surveying experience and associated qualification
* Chartered status with the RICS is desirable but not essential
* Experience in working for a consultancy previously
* Prior experience in the duties listed above
* Experience with liaising with clients directly
