Planning Development Manager

Dawson Levy is delighted to be working with our client, a infrastructure construction contractor to recruit for a Planning Development Manager based out on an Office in South London. Working within the Pre-Construction office, you will be responsible for the development of sub-packages of pre-construction works for both the company and Network Rail for projects on the Wessex Route. Responsible for the development of schemes through design and other pre-construction activites in order to hand schems over to the delivery teams. Working closly with customers, stakeholders, design partners, suppliers and delivery teams. Location: South London Office with time on sites within the Network Rail Wessex Route. Technical Knowledge: NEC, BIM, Engineering Knowledge (Civils, M&E or Geotechnical background), Rail experience. The role would suit someone from a planning background from within the rail environment who is ready to lead a small team taking significant responsibility for the pre-construction and design stage of projects
