An international and highly respected engineering consultancy that adopts a truly collaborative working environment. Who have a strong reputation, of successfully delivering a wide variety of complex Building and Infrastructure Design Projects, require an Interiors Team Leader (M&E Associate/Director).
As the Interiors Team Leader (M&E Associate/Director), you will be part of a growing consultancy that has strong ambitions, which you will be a key strategic part of. This role will be a perfect challenge for someone that can manage a range of large fit out and refurbishment projects, as well as grow the team and develop the companies offering within the market.
This Interiors Team Leader (M&E Associate/Director) position will require someone that can manage a team whilst establishing a strong market presence and client portfolio. Plus, managing stakeholders and clients concerned with the project delivery whilst managing team resources.
As the Interiors Team Leader (M&E Associate/Director), you will ideally have:
Ability to effectively communicate with clients.
Ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels including a proven ability to communicate with technical staff across multiple disciplines.
Highly developed verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to exercise substantial initiative and high-level judgement and to work independently to meet objectives.
Well-developed problem-solving skills.
The need is for an Interiors Team Leader (M&E Associate/Director) who is an enthusiastic and self-motivated leader with experience leading project teams, including managing project resources and finances.
You will be a professional and technical individual that has:
A bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline
An in-depth knowledge and understanding of relevant British Standards
Experience across the full project lifecycle and responsibility for delivering projects Leading and supervising.
Demonstrable experience writing specifications, controls software or commissioning.
Well-developed understanding of Project Stages and Delivery methods (e.g. full design, design and construct)
The ability to exercise high level judgement in relation to complex issues
The Interiors Team Leader (M&E Associate/Director) will need to be able to work closely with clients, have excellent time management skills, strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels as well as with different technical backgrounds.
