Multi Skilled Bricklayer Full Time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary £26,825.00 28 days holiday per year Flexible working Employee Discount Scheme (BOB) We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Bricklayer to join our Property Maintenance and Construction Department based at Ashington. As a multi skilled Bricklayer you will be responsible for not only undertaking all brickwork repairs to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard but also for the delivery of excellent customer service. To be successful in this role you will have a flexible approach and experience of working within a commercial and domestic property maintained, target driven environment. We at Bernicia are customer focused so you will have excellent customer service skills as you will need to converse with a wide range of people to provide effective resolutions when problem solving. You will be required engage with all stakeholders of the service as an Ambassador of Bernicia, promoting and endorsing the positive work that we do across our communities in the Bernicia way. For the technical bit, you will have a sound working knowledge of all elements of building construction, components, materials, building trades and applicable regulations. It is therefore essential that you hold a City and Guilds Craft Certificate in Bricklaying or equivalent as well as an appropriate CSCS card. You will also be able to demonstrate experience of working in a customer focussed environment where the customer comes first.
