Job Description

Site Manager required in Chelmsford GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established main contractor, based in Essex, who are in the market for a for an experienced Site Manager to join their team. They work within the Ecclesiastical, Listed buildings, Education, Private and Public sectors on refurbishment and new build projects with values up to £3m. Successful candidate will commence their employment managing 1 of 3 possible projects: Residential Extension, Village Hall Refurbishment, or the part refurbishment of a block at the University of Essex. Site Manager responsibilities: * Ensuring project is delivered safely through effective planning & use of method and risk assessments * Main point of contact for the client, Sub-Contractors and Public. * Managing the completion and handover to the client * Ensure that the programme deadlines are achieved * Ensure that all works are carried out are to the highest standards of quality and maintain the project budgetary requirements * Providing regular progress updates to Directors Site Manager requirements: * SMSTS * CSCS * First aid * Carpentry background * Asbestos Awareness If you match the requirements and are interested in the position, then please get in touch
