Mechanical Project Manager

As the lead supplier to some of London's biggest contractors, we have been approached by an M&E Sub-Contractor to help them in the search for a Mechanical project manager to assist with a major commercial projects throughout London and the home counties. The role: * Pre-tender meetings * You will manage the site schedule of work and site teams. * Manage sub contractors. * Value engineering and scoping work. * Maintain relationships between client, subcontractors and partners. * Estimations and variations as required * Procurement The Package: * Starting salary of between £65,000 to £75,000 per annum * Pension * Generous Holiday allowance * Regular pay and performance reviews For more information contact Steve Snelling at Fawkes and Reece London
