Construction Project Manager - Midlands and North West - Multi-Occupancy

Our client is a Tier 1 Contractor that still maintains a family feel and ethos. They operate nationally with regional hubs and undertake projects in the Residential, Commercial, Hotel, Education, and Leisure sectors. They have a requirement for a successful Project Manager to join their team on a project in the Midlands.
Their regional office is based in Manchester and they are looking for someone who is happy travelling to their current site near Birmingham for a new build Hotel scheme.
As a Project Manager, you will have full control and responsibility of the project, taking it through all stages, liaising and managing the client throughout.
Requirement
- A degree or relevant construction qualification (not essential)
- Experience with a Tier 1 or large construction organisation would be advantageous
- A successful track record in delivering Hotel or similar scheme(s) is essential
- Must demonstrate managing (full control) projects from start to finish
Remuneration
- Up to £75,000 per annum
