To lead Water Division HR projects. Reward and benefits review – working with external supplier to conduct salary and benefits benchmarking Time & Attendance module implementation including standardisation of terms and conditions Review of worker engagement models – direct/indirect workers Need to have a blend of reward/organisation design experience, with a business partnering approach Experience to lead with confidence, make recommendations and influence key stakeholders – whilst “rolling up their sleeves” Working collaboratively with the wider Water Division HR team, and People Services.
