Senior Site Manager

The Company Is an established developer in the UK. They have grown substantially over the last couple of years and produce bespoke houses. The have a unique methodology in their construction approach. Due to their determination and focus as a business, they are now looking to expand the team and need an additional Senior Site Manager to help with New build housing developments The individual must have A full UK driving licence At least 3/4 years experience as a Senior Site Management experience with a new homes developer Proven success of delivering projects to standard with a previous working experience on large developments Experience of running part of a development individually Relevant qualification or good understanding of construction Good knowledge of construction method and processes Good knowledge of Customer Service requirements Good awareness of codes of practice that impact on construction matters e.g. NHBC, Building Regs etc. Good knowledge of Construction Design Management Regulations Able to manage the process in the absence of the Senior Site Manager Able to help in the snagging process Duties will include: To assist in the process of determining and agreeing development build activities. Assisting in the management and effective supervision of all onsite labour and sub-contractor activities, ensuring the compliance with health and safety standards. To actively manage communications with customers. Assisting in managing the working partnerships with Housing Associations and third-party providers whilst ensuring that all contractual terms are met. Assisting in the preparation of key plot status reports and updates on KPIs relating to the development. The good bit The company is offering a very competitive of up to £65k- depending on experience
