Senior Quantity Surveyor

2 x Senior Quantity Surveyor – Nuclear Site visits to Oxfordshire but can be based anywhere (mainly remote work) Circa £50-65,000 per annum plus benefits Our client is an established independent consultancy with offices across the UK and a growing international presence. Due to recent expansion, our client is currently seeking two Senior Quantity Surveyors/Cost Managers (could also be Associate level) to work on a new Nuclear commission at Harwell, Oxfordshire. The role can be remote based but this person will need to be able to attend the site as and when required (which might vary depending on individual projects). Ideally, our client is seeking the following experience: * Significant experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager within the nuclear sector within the UK is essential. * Engineering/Construction degree is preferred. * MRICS Chartered desirable (not essential). * Personable individual, comfortable dealing with key external stakeholders. * Must be able to attend site visits/client meeting in Oxfordshire when required. * Eligible to work in the UK. In return, our client is offering a basic salary of between £50-65,000 per annum plus a comprehensive benefits package which includes pension, travel allowance, bonus and over 30 days annual leave.
