Senior Quantity Surveyor/Associate – London Projects: Private Sector (residential, commercial, mixed use) Circa £55-65,000 per annum plus benefits Our client is an established independent consultancy with offices across the UK and a growing international presence. They are involved in some of the country’s most prestigious construction schemes worth anything from £10m to more than £1bn and include commercial towers, sports stadiums, major regeneration schemes and complicated cultural/heritage projects. Due to further growth, our client is looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Associate to their Central London office, working predominantly on commercial, residential and mixed-use development schemes worth anything from £20m to £500m each. You’ll have had some previous experience within a UK consultancy environment on private sector projects but be ambitious to now push your career on through the business; duties will be both pre and post contract and you’ll likely be involved in multiple projects simultaneously while working closely with one of the Senior Partners. Our client is seeking the following: * At least five years experience working for a PQS firm on constructionrelated schemes. * Relevant construction/surveying degree. * MRICS chartered (or able to access through experienced route). * Private sector project experience preferred. * Ambitious individual, driven to push their career quickly through the grades. * Eligible to work in the UK. In return, our client is offering a basic salary of between £55-£65,000 per annum plus a comprehensive benefits package which includes pension, bonus and over 30 days annual leave.
