Job Description
A regional construction contractor who work across the South West on new-build, refurb and groundworks projects are looking for a Site Manager to oversee projects within residential, education and commercial sectors, predominantly in Devon/Somerset.
Founded over 75 years ago, this contractor have adapted to the times over the last century, and have grown to work on projects of anywhere up to £15m.
If you are successful in your application, as Site Manager you will become an integral member of a close-knit team who between them, have centuries of knowledge and experience in the industry, including some Directors who actually began their careers at the company.
Requirements for this Site Manager position:
* Strong knowledge of the construction industry
* Experience within as a Site Manager
* Full UK Driving License
* You must be personable, articulate and confident to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Package for this Site Manager position:
