Customer Care Coordinator Leading National Housing Developer I am currently working on behalf of a leading 5* housing developer who build high-end, high-quality houses nation-wide. They are in need of an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join their close-knit Customer Care team, helping to represent the brand to customers, make them feel valued and make sure their new homes are up to the standards they expect. As a Customer Care Coordinator you will be the customers' first port-of-call for any issues or queries they have about their new home and it is your job to answer these queries, log their concerns and make sure their problems are solved - all whilst making them feel listened to and valued as a customer! What We're Looking For * Experience within Customer Service required. * Experience of Salesforce or similar CDMs hugely valuable * Experience in House Building/Construcion industry ideal * Good phone manner, organisational skills and the ability to prioritise. * Ability to liaise in a professional manner with a variety of different demographics - customers, suppliers, sub-contractors, colleagues What's in it For You?
