Contracts Manager

As part of the senior management team, The Contracts Manager is to have a comprehensive overview of each development as well as direct influence over production and delivery of the site. In addition, offering support to the site management team to ensure they can deliver financial, quality, construction and achieve safety targets for the developments. Working for an established client with over 50 years of succseful construction, building unique homes on medium to large scale developments based in the Thames Valley region Key Responsibilities * Managing construction schedules and budgets * Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site and project managers * Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client’s own representatives * Working on-site and in an office
