Gas Contracts Manager

Excellent & immediate client side opportunity for a Gas Contracts Manager to join a major housing stock owner in East Surrey (RH1). The role of Gas Contracts Manager is initially an 18 month fixed term directly employed role transitioning to permanent therafter. The permanent salary is £49k and the benefits include, 27 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (35 in total), 2 to 1 employer pension contribution, company mileage paid and a 37 hour week amongst others. As Gas Contracts Manager, the successful candidate will manage the contractors and consultants who have been issued with contracts to fulfil works across the clients housing stock and other properties including the commercial stock. This will include ensuring that all planned maintenance of heating, boilers, lifts, etc., meets requirements, that both planned and emergency repairs are carried out effectively, and that any work to replace units is correctly scheduled, fulfilled and concluded by the relevant contractors, as per KPIs.
