Description The Black Hat Supervisor will support and supervise projects of Temporary Buildings or Structures erection on site (subcontracted projects). As a Black Hat (non-working supervisor), manage all Health & Safety aspects of Installation activities and on site Risk Assessments/Point of Work Risk Assessments review, Toolbox Talks and on site supervision ensuring that all company policies are adhered to. Main Responsibilities Provide technical advice and propose technical solutions where required Review and approve technical & safety documentation Be involved in technical and planning discussions with client (Principal Contractor) Ensure installation of works is as per design and process Deliver works on time and within parameters of the budget set for the task.
