Projects manager up to £2.75 million. Full scope design and build undertaken within residential,
commercial and educational sectors.

 Full retail/industrial unit construction
 Specialist structural works
 Full drainage and civils packages including  roads, car parks, school playgrounds,
surveys etc.
 Cladding and glazing works
 Roof construction

Working Foreman/Site Manager

To manage multiple high-end residential and commercial projects. Supervise all construction
activities ensuring contracts are completed on time, within budget and to the high level of
finish while maintaining a safe working environment.
Take overall responsibility for the construction project. Maintain and enhance relations with
the client, professional team & subcontractors. Attend weekly client meetings and prepare
progress reports for the client.

 Professional approach to work and colleagues

 Well developed management interpersonal communication skills
 Able to work with minimal supervision and use own initiative
 Able to work well under pressure
 Ability to multi-task whilst keeping organised
 Well groomed, articulate
 Flexible

 Minimum 5 years experience and ideally from hi end/ residential back ground
 Certificate of Higher Education (Required)
 Language English (required)
 Location:, South Fambridge (Preferred)
 Experience in different aspects of construction essential
 Working alongside proactive team on site day to day
 Daily organisation of contractors, materials, program and logistics
 Client liaison
 Working within targeted deadlines
 Clean driving license
 Use of company vehicles will be provided

 Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may
result in failure of
 service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;
 Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training

 Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via incident
reporting system;
