Job Description

I'm looking to recruit a Programme Manager with experience in Property transformation.

The Programme Manager will deliver a business change & transformation programme which will include the refurbishment of several properties/buildings.

The programme aims to create a new 'community and cultural hub' to improve services to residents in the area. The 'community & cultural hub' will provide additional community spaces which can be used by residents for learning & skills, drop-in workspaces and for cultural activities/events.

The Programme Manager will manage several workstreams; building refurbishment/construction; service design & delivery; technology implementation; moves management; change management & communications

Key Experience (Required):

  • Property/Workplace Transformation (Building Refurb programmes)
  • Local Authority, Council or Government Sector experience (delivering projects/services to residents)
  • Programme delivery end-to-end
  • Business Case Definition, High-level programme scoping and Requirements definition
  • Establishing and maintaining programme governance
  • Maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • Change & Communication planning
  • Service Design & Delivery
  • Customer Journey Mapping
  • Financial Management for the programme
  • Management of 3rd party vendors/services
  • Benefits Realisation
