Job Description
As part of our Continued growth we are looking to set up a new office SW of London. Initially, with the support of the TP Group this person will be responsible for sourcing and pricing tenders; dealing with Health and Safety; recruiting local labour and managing projects with a view to heading up the office; building a team of Surveyors and Contracts managers to service the area. An excellent package and profit share is available to the right candidate and a great Client base is already on hand from the existing Divisions, to help them on their journey.

Our Painting Solutions Division specialises in servicing many different sectors of the construction industry, and we are proud to be one of the leading independent contractors in the country.
Our team of experts are fully conversant with all aspects of the trade ranging from Commercial; Residential; Industrial; Refurbishments; Class O; Lead paint removal and anti-graffiti coatings. In addition, we carry out feasibility surveys; reports and offer a full measuring service.
We pride ourselves upon outstanding customer service, and our quality assurance system allows us to work closely with our clients ensuring a smooth completion of projects to the quality required. This approach allows us to have strong working relationships with our clients which has enabled us to create stable partnerships with some of the country’s leading companies.
In addition to our experienced management team, we have a resource of over 150 quality decorators with a range of specialist skills enabling us to produce the quality we know our clients require. All our operatives are fully CSCS approved along with all our Managers being either SSSTS or SMSTS qualified.
Our Essex and Norwich offices manage teams who can operate in East Anglia, London and the Home Counties but we can sometimes venture further afield for clients or more specialist works.
