Site Supervisor / No2
Doncaster
£32k to £38k per annum
Are you a site supervisor looking for a new challenge? Do you want to work for a bespoke house builder on private developments? Do you want career progression with the option to manage your own projects?
The Role
- Housing Site Supervisor/working foreman on traditional new build properties
- Typical developments are small bespoke projects typically 10-20 units
- Day to day management of the site
- Carry out site induction, overseeing health and safety on site
- Hands-on role including taking deliveries and carrying out trade duties
- Manage sub-contractors both labour-only and labour and materials
- Option to be permanently employed from day one or on a temp to perm basis to suit
Requirements
- Previous experience as a supervisor / NO2 housing Site Manager preferably working on bespoke projects
- Trade background preferably joiner or bricklaying
- SMSTS / SSSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card
Salary and Benefits
- Basic salary circa £32-£38k per annum
- Opportunity to progress to become a Site Manager
